Winter Movement Challenge 2026

We’re keeping it simple this year — MOVE for 20 minutes every day, in any way you choose. The Winter Movement Challenge starts Jan. 1, 2026 and ends Feb. 7, 2026. Join in four live workouts, receive 3x/week emails with movement ideas and videos, and STAY ACCOUNTABLE by tracking your progress. And did I mention PRIZES? Anyone who moves for at least 25 days (out of 38) will be entered to win prizes.

The Winter Movement Challenge includes:

  • Kickoff Live Zoom Class Jan. 1, 2026, 10-10:45 am CST

  • Three additional Live Zoom Classes:

    • Jan 17, 8:30-9:15 am

    • Jan 29, 4-4:45 pm

    • Feb 7, 8:30-9:15 am

  • Class recordings available for you to view and download for future use.

  • 3x/week emails with additional movement ideas & videos (yoga, mobility, strength, cardio & breath work)

  • Online tracking, so you can see your progress and be inspired by other participants (there’ll be a printable calendar, too, for those who like to go old school).

  • Participate from anywhere! — all content can be accessed online.

**Equipment required for at-home workouts: 2 sets of dumbbells (1 lighter set and 1 heavier set) and space to move.
