The total cost of this retreat rate is $795 per person. $200 is the deposit to hold your spot. Each person must register and pay the deposit.

Share a bed or have your own twin bed with this booking. There will be 3-4 people in each room, with a shared bathroom. These rooms are close to the sauna, an additional bathroom, and the outdoor shower.

Room 1: 2 Queen Beds

Room 2: 1 King Bed + 2 Twins

Retreat pricing includes:

All meals & snacks; wine with dinners; 3 yoga/mobility classes; 2 strength & cardio classes; free time to relax & unwind.

Not included:

Transportation to and from the retreat; massage (available for an extra fee); alcoholic beverages not listed above.

Cancellation Policy:

For a full refund, cancel via email by July 25, 2025.

For a 50% refund, cancel via email by August 25, 2025.

No refunds given after August 25, 2025, but you may transfer your signup to another person.

All fees must be paid by August 25, 2025.
