Meghan teaches all-levels vinyasa classes that link breath with movement, placing emphasis on asanas (physical postures), and on the transitions between postures. As muscles warm, the practice promotes strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Yoga is great for active recovery from other exercise, as well as a potent strength-builder and anxiety-reducer on its own. Poses for relaxation and calming end the class, leaving you grounded.
