Winter Strength & Conditioning 2019

Make Sunday Strength & Conditioning a staple in your weekly workouts!  We'll mix strength work and high-intensity cardio by utilizing battle ropes, TRX cables, slam balls, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises.  This class is for all levels; modifications will be given for every move, and you will be encouraged to work at your own pace.  This is NOT an in-your-face, no holds-barred, go-into-the-pain-cave type of class; it is meant to challenge you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable--a skill we can use every single day of our lives.

When: Sundays, Jan. 6-Mar. 17, 2019 7-8 p.m. (no class Jan. 20)

Where: Motion, 550 Vandalia St., Suite 105, St. Paul (park in Lake Monster Brewing lot)

Cost: $130/10 classes ($13/class) or $17/class drop-in rate. First class is free for new clients!

Bring: A yoga or exercise mat & water. Wear comfortable gym clothes.
