Spring 2019 Sunday Strength & Conditioning

Sunday Strength & Conditioning is a great way to end your weekend! Whether you regularly attend group fitness classes, are looking for something to supplement other athletic pursuits, or need accountability to add movement to your life, this class is for you. We’ll use a variety of equipment—slam balls, dumbbells, bands, boxes, kettlebells and more—to build strength, endurance & resiliency. The class is for all fitness levels, and modifications will be given as needed.

Sundays, March 24th-May 19th (no class on Easter, April 21st)

Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes.
