Monday Core / Pelvic Floor Class - Babies Welcome!

Many mamas ask the questions: How do I get my core and pelvic floor working again?  What's the deal with diastasis recti?  Is there hope for me if it's been years since my babies were born?  Will I ever jump rope or run again?

We'll answer these questions and more in this 4-week workshop.  Information  will build each week, and a variety of modifications will be offered to meet you where you are in the core recovery process.  By week 4, you will have plenty of tools to use for a safer, more effective workout. 

Each class will consist of 30 minutes of mat/focused core work and 30 minutes of strength training (i.e. how to squat while keeping your pelvic floor engaged).

Are you a new mom?  This session, bring your babies with!  Non-crawlers only, just so we make sure they stay safe.

*Note: If you have or had pelvic organ prolapse, please see a women's health physical therapist and get the all clear before signing up for class.*
